Grand Chelem, meaning “Grand Slam” in English, embodies the essence of understated luxury, seamlessly combining the timeless allure of French influence with an Australian perspective. Our story begins in the 19th century, when a small boutique in the heart of Paris captured the imagination of discerning individuals seeking the epitome of elegance. Grand Chelem quickly became renowned for its impeccable craftsmanship, exquisite designs, and the innate ability to capture the essence of French allure.
Over a decade ago, a visionary Australian company, inspired by the pristine beauty of Western Australia’s Margaret River region and its breathtaking coastline, saw the potential in reviving the Grand Chelem brand. They recognised the unique opportunity to reimagine Grand Chelem from an Australian perspective, infusing it with the spirit of the New World while honouring its Old World heritage. With dedication and meticulous attention to detail, the Hay Street Holdings Australian-based multinational corporation embarked on a mission to breathe new life into Grand Chelem. They meticulously researched the brand’s history, delving into archives and uncovering forgotten tales of its past. They studied the intricate craftsmanship that had defined Grand Chelem’s creations, ensuring that every revived piece would carry the hallmark of its timeless legacy. In March of 2024 Hay Street Holdings agreed to sell its interest in Grand Chelem to the Trevelyan Group.
Today, Grand Chelem is renowned for seamlessly blending a harmonious fusion of elegance, heritage, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to discerning individuals who appreciate the finest in luxury. Our exclusive collections encompass couture, ready-to-wear, leather goods, accessories, parfumerie and wine, all meticulously crafted, drawing upon our European heritage while embracing Australian contemporary innovation.
