Whole bunch basket pressed directly to predominantly new oak Burgundy barriques, this exceptional sauvignon blanc is limited to 880 bottles for this vintage. Handpicked sauvignon blanc grapes from a memorable vintage for the variety lend themselves to a wine driven by ripe citrus and stone fruit (lemon, grapefruit and a touch of nectarine), with a hint of smoke and a certain creaminess tempering the persistent minerality of the finish. Aged on lees and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
